1. Delivery with Luvendraxio
At Luvendraxio, we want customers to understand their delivery choices before completing an order. The available shipping methods, estimated delivery time and total shipping cost are displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping options
The following options are offered where available:
Kostenloser Versand — Free Shipping
Shipping cost: €0.00
Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days
Versicherter Versand — Insured Shipping
Shipping cost: €3.95
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
The insured option is an optional delivery service. Choosing free shipping does not remove any legal protections for missing or damaged parcels.
3. Delivery destinations
Delivery is available to the countries and addresses that can be selected during checkout. If your destination is not offered, please contact us before ordering. We do not promise delivery to a country or region unless checkout makes it available.
4. Delivery estimates
The estimated times shown above are in business days and are intended to help you plan your order. Actual delivery may depend on destination, stock availability, public holidays and events outside normal transport operations.
If your order is taking longer than expected, email info@luvendraxio.com with your order details. We will help you check its status and explain the next steps. Mandatory consumer rights relating to delayed delivery remain unaffected.
5. Shipping charges
The shipping charge for the selected method is shown before payment. For the two shipping methods listed above, the charges are €0.00 and €3.95 respectively. Any extra charge that may apply to a particular order must be disclosed before it is placed.
6. Incorrect delivery information
Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly at info@luvendraxio.com so we can check whether it can still be corrected.
7. Missing or damaged deliveries
If your package has not arrived or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us. Include your order information and, if available, photographs of any damage.
For consumer purchases, responsibility for transport risk remains with us until delivery as required by applicable law, unless an exception applies because the customer independently arranged a carrier not offered by us.
