These Terms of Service explain how orders, payments and deliveries work when you shop with us. They apply to purchases made through our website. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Products and product information
We aim to present our products clearly, including their main features, descriptions and prices. Please read the product information before placing an order to check that an item meets your needs.
Pictures are intended to show the product. Small visual differences can occur because of screen settings or differences between product batches. The product description and information shown at checkout form part of the information provided before purchase.
3. Prices and payments
Product prices and any applicable taxes are displayed on the website. The total price, including the shipping option you choose and any additional charges, will be shown before you place your order.
Payment methods available to you are shown during checkout. Payment is handled using the method you select. We do not charge fees that have not been disclosed before the order is submitted.
4. Placing an order
When you add an item to your cart and go to checkout, you can review your order details and correct them before submitting your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected goods.
The sales contract is formed when we accept your order, for example through an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automatic acknowledgement that we received your order does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted it. You will receive the relevant order information electronically.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will contact you. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, any payment received for the unavailable item will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
5. Delivery
Available delivery destinations are determined by the options shown at checkout. We currently present these shipping choices where available:
- Kostenloser Versand (Free Shipping): €0.00; estimated delivery in 4–5 business days.
- Versicherter Versand (Insured Shipping): €3.95; estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
The selected service, delivery estimate and final shipping price will appear at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, destination, stock availability or transport disruptions. If there is a material delay, please contact us so we can look into the issue. Our legal obligations concerning delivery and risk of loss are not reduced by your choice of shipping method.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Legal exceptions may apply in certain cases, such as goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.

7. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please email info@luvendraxio.com with your order information and a description of the problem. You may also send photos if helpful.
Your rights under German and applicable EU consumer law, including statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products, remain fully protected. These rights are separate from the right to withdraw because you have changed your mind.
8. Website use
Please use our website lawfully. You must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access or use it in a way that disrupts the experience for other visitors.
The website content, text, design and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms gives permission to reproduce protected content without appropriate authorization, except where the law permits it.
9. Website availability
We may update product details, improve our website or temporarily interrupt access for technical or security reasons. Any changes will not remove the statutory rights attached to contracts already made.
10. Applicable law
German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded, including any mandatory protections of the consumer's country of habitual residence where legally applicable. Nothing in these terms restricts a consumer's statutory right to seek remedies before a competent court.
